Certified Organic Tulsi
Common Name: Holy Basil
Scientific Botanical Name: Ocimum sanctum L.
History:
Tulsi originates in the tropical parts of Asia, but its distribution
has been expanded to many tropical regions of the world. It is a highly
sacred plant in the Hindu religion. It is believed to be goddess of
fortune and beauty and is a symbol of fidelity. It is highly regarded
in the Ayurvedic system of medicine and is noted in medical treatises
such as the Charaka Samhita written between 200 BC and 200 AD. Some
Christians believe that Tulsi or holy basil was found growing near
Christ's tomb after the resurrection.
The name "tulsi" means "the incomparable one". Tulsi is a regarded as
the “Queen of Herbs”. As Tulsi traveled west along the early trade
routes from the Orient to Europe, it became known to the Christians as
"sacred" or "holy" basil as it is reflected in its Latin botanical name
Ocimum sanctum, and Holy Basil became routinely included in legends,
offerings and worship rituals and was looked on by many as a gift of
Christ.
Culinary / Traditional Uses:
Renowned as a general tonic and vitalizer, “The Elixir of Life”, Tulsi
has been traditionally employed for a wide range of disorders. Current
scientific research offers substantial evidence that Tulsi protects
against and reduces stress; enhances stamina and endurance; increases
the body's efficient use of oxygen; boosts the immune system; reduces
inflammation; protects against radiation damage lessens aging factors;
and provides a rich supply of antioxidants and other nutrients.
The holy basil finds extensive uses in the cuisine of many cultures. In
many culinary preparations, the holy basil is used fresh, in the frozen
form, or as the dried basil powder. As a flavor, the fresh leaves from
the holy basil can also be added to ordinary vinegar and virgin olive
oil; these fluids can then be used to flavor different recipes.

Certified Organic Rooibos
Common Name: Red Bush
Scientific Botanical Name: Aspalathus linearis
History:
Rooibos (pronounced roy -boss) is native to the Cedarberg region of
South Africa, and Red Bush tea is the country's national drink.
Botanist Carl Humberg first noted rooibos plants in 1772 when
introduced to the tea by the Khoi people, and a Russian immigrant named
Benjamin Ginsberg, a settler in the area, was the first to market
rooibos tea in 1904. Rooibos became a cultivated crop by the early
1930s and has been grown commercially since World War II. The name
"rooibos", "Redbush" in Afrikaans, is due to the bright reddish-orange
color of the fermented leaves.
Culinary / Traditional Uses:
The effects of rooibos tea were investigated as a natural source of a
wide scale of antioxidants on prevention and treatment of oxidative
stress in streptozotocin-induced diabetic rats. From these results, an
antioxidant scale of compounds in rooibos tea partially prevents
oxidative stress and that is effective in both hydrophobic and
hydrophylic biological systems. Studies have shown this tea is
comparable to green tea in the amounts of polyphenols it contains.
Rooibos also contains alpha hydroxy acid, calcium, magnesium, manganese
and potassium.

Certified Organic Premium Grade White Tea
Common Name: White Tea
Scientific Botanical Name: Camellia sinensis
History:
White tea is a specialty of the Chinese province Fujian. The leaves
come from a number of varieties of tea cultivars.
Culinary / Traditional Uses:
White tea is thought to have a higher proportion of Polyphenols. New
studies suggest that white tea may be the most potent of the teas. A
study at Pace University showed white tea had more anti-viral and
anti-bacterial qualities than green tea. White tea contains higher
catechin levels than green tea due to its lack of processing.

Certified Organic Premium Grade Green Tea
Common Name: Green Tea
Scientific Botanical Name: Camellia sinensis
History:
There is archaeological evidence that suggests that tea has been
consumed for almost 5000 years, with China and India being two of the
first countries to cultivate it.
Culinary / Traditional Uses:
Over the last decade green tea has begun to be subjected to many
scientific studies to determine the extent of its long-purported health
benefits, with some evidence suggesting regular green tea drinkers may
have lower chances of heart disease and developing certain types of
cancer. Chemical analysis has revealed that green tea contains
significant amounts of water-soluble vitamins and minerals,
particularly manganese and potassium. Green Tea is a good source of
another class of flavonoids, called flavonols.
Green Tea is also a potent source of antioxidants called polyphenols,
the same beneficial compounds found in fruits and vegetables and even
in red wine. The leaf also boasts the presence of a superstar
antioxidant called EGCG (epigallocatechin-gallate).
Green tea polyphenols also delay skin ageing. Studies on human skin
have demonstrated that green tea polyphenols prevent ultraviolet
(UV)-B-induced cyclobutane pyrimidine dimers (CPD), which are
considered to be mediators of UVB-induced immune suppression. The
American Journal of Clinical Nutrition conducted a study in which it
was found that green tea extract significantly increased energy
expenditure (a measure of metabolism), and fat oxidation.

Certified Organic Chicory Root
Common Name: Chicory
Scientific Botanical Name: Cichorium intybus
History:
Chicory was cultivated as early as 5,000 years ago by Egyptians.
Chicory is known as the "blue sailor weed" in some countries, based on
a legend about a young woman who fell in love with a sailor. The sailor
left her for his true love, the sea, and the young woman was left
alone. The angels took pity on her and turned her into the beautiful
blue flower known as chicory.
Culinary / Traditional Uses:
Ancient Greeks and Romans used chicory as a vegetable in salads.
Chicory is still an important salad vegetable in Europe especially in
France, Belgium and Holland. In the US, chicory is also grown as a
salad green. The thick roots are used in the southern US as an additive
flavor to coffee and sometimes as a coffee substitute. Because chicory
is caffeine-free, this use is regaining popularity. Chicory root has a
long and well-documented history of assisting with liver problems.
Chicory also contains Inulin, a natural occurring substance that
provides beneficial friendly flora to the intestine and contributes to
a feeling of well-being.

Dynamise Infusion is better
Dynamise
Infusion is superior in its class with evidence, it is not a common
berry or fruity mix, it is not a sugary energized drink; it is a
functional New-Age beverage. People who are health conscious consume
Dynamise Infusion, as it is refreshing and beneficial.
If you are
among these people who exercise on a regular basis, enjoy sports,

well being and outer beauty, Dynamise Infusion fits you as it nourishes
your inner beauty with bountiful nutrients.
The nutritional reports provided by laboratory analysis reveal how
greatly this beverage is valuable for a healthy lifestyle that demands
superior quality elements such as Manganese, Potassium, Polyphenol, EGCG Antioxidants and ORAC values.
Functions of Manganese
Dynamise
Infusion is high in Manganese. In brief, Manganese is a super mineral
that works as an antioxidant and helps body in carrying out important
functions such as bone development, production of energy, utilization
of food, especially proteins, and it is needed for the synthesis of
cholesterol, fatty acids and in glucose metabolism. It helps in the
production of such vital hormones as insulin. When you eat a lot of
simple carbohydrates such as refined sugar, white flour and white rice,
your pancreas has to work overtime to make enough insulin to get the
sugar out of your blood and into your cells. Manganese is not found in
refined carbohydrates, and the body uses lot of Manganese to metabolize
the carbohydrates.
Manganese
also activates many enzymes and vitamins in your body. For instance,
vitamin C cannot work correctly without manganese. Enzymes are needed
to direct vitamin C to detoxify the body, fight infection, build
collagen, or perform one of its many other functions. Manganese
encourages the production of these enzymes, without which vitamin C
could not function.
Manganese is also required for the activation of prolidase, which is an
enzyme that functions to provide the amino acid, proline, for collagen
formation in human skin cells.
Functions of Potassium
Dynamise
Infusion contains natural occurring Potassium, which as a mineral it is
fundamentally involved in a massive amount of body processes. Functions
of Potassium in the body include: regulates heart function, reduces
blood pressure, essential for protein and nucleid acid synthesis,
required for normal fluid balance, essential for normal nerve and
muscle function, converts glucose into glycogen (muscle fuel), has
important role in kidney function, helps lungs eliminate carbon
dioxide, and it is needed to maintain acid/alkali balance in the body. |
Functions of Polyphenols
Research
indicates that Polyphenols may have antioxidant characteristics with
potential health benefits. Polyphenols can prevent the body from
oxidation by eliminating free radicals, suppressing oxidation,
increasing antioxidant activity, synergizing with other antioxidants
for better effect and maintaining antioxidant concentration in the body.
Functions of Antioxidants
Antioxidant
benefits are well established. The clinical studies proof that they
help to free the body of harmful free radicals. They have a direct
benefit on the skin and the signs of aging and can help your body to
work better on some of the most basic levels. It helps with rebuilding
the cells of the body and keeping your cells functioning and healthier
longer.
Functions of EGCG
Dynamise
Infusion contains natural occurring EGCG from Green Tea. The US
National Library of Medicines publishes thousands of green tea studies
each year. Although green tea has more than 200 bioactive compounds,
one compound receives by far the most attention - its most abundant and
potent antioxidant - EGCG.
This antioxidant is highly valuable in many areas of health; here are
some highlights to date: promotes weight loss, anti-aging, and
beneficial cardiovascular health. |
ORAC Score
An
Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity (ORAC) score is a test that measures
the antioxidant levels of food. If a food has a high ORAC value, then
it means the food is high in antioxidants. The antioxidant’s strength
is its ability to eliminate free radicals. With the ORAC score, a
higher score means the food is better at helping us fight diseases.
Different types of fruit and vegetables have different ORAC values. The
recommended “5-a-day” fruit and vegetable servings will give you an
ORAC score of 1,750 units. The ORAC figure suggested by experts is
around 5,000 units per day to have a significant effect on plasma and
tissue antioxidant levels. According to Laboratory analysis, Dynamise
Infusion provides 4433 units per serving.
Did you know that high ORAC foods may slow aging!,
